• Impersonate another person or create misleading profiles

3. Intellectual property

The Sac, Sac...Mate! name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by the site operator and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Chess puzzles on this site are sourced from the Lichess open database under the Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license.

4. User profiles

Profiles are optional. By creating a profile you represent that you are the owner of that username. We reserve the right to remove profiles that impersonate others, contain offensive usernames, or violate these terms, without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times, that puzzles are free from errors, or that your data will be preserved indefinitely. Use the site at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profile progress.

7. Changes to these terms
